Within the European Union, May has become the Diversity Month in recent years, which means that in an average year all 24 EU Diversity Charters are organising events during this month regarding to diversity themes at the workplaces.

In 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only a few national charters decided to go forward with events, taking place at the cyberspace. One of them is the German Charter der Vielfalt, who was happy to share their national events with us.
