For a diverse and open corporate culture – Telekom's free Hungarian unconscious bias curriculum
In 2019, Magyar Telekom created the first unconscious bias e-learning curriculum in Hungarian, which it has made available free of charge under awareness of Unconscious Prejudice, with the aim of supporting the anti-discrimination efforts of all Hungarian businesses and organisations in order to create a more open and inclusive corporate culture. The training was carried out by 91% of Telekom staff in 2019, and its impact has been very diverse in our daily and business approach. In our work in quarantine, we feel all this exponentially, we tell them about our experiences. In the workshop we will show you the curriculum, its availability, its structure and the exact impact it had on us. We are proposing a workshop in which participants can help us better understand the similarities and differences of domestic companies and support each other on the road to diversity.
