Európai unió Sokszínűségi Karta Magyarország

The European Diversity Charter is an initiative launched in 2004 to set out and promote the European Union's anti-discrimination and equal opportunities policies in the workplace. The Diversity Charter initiative is currently active in 26 European countries. Its aim is to shape attitudes, engage and support managers of organizations in achieving organizational diversity and inspire them to develop and rethink human resource management. Membership of the European Diversity Charter provides an opportunity to learn and share good practice between countries and to participate in the European Union Diversity Week.

The Diversity Charter can be signed by organizations of all sizes and types that are committed to respecting equal treatment, developing a diverse organizational culture, and making continuous improvement towards the goals of the Charter.
