„In every year in any given company hundred-thousands, millions of forints are spent on soft-skill training, sensitizing programs, teambuilding activities to boost employee morale and engagement and to reinforce positive company culture. What if a certain amount of these services come from non-profit organizations? In the last years, the available financial resources to the Hungarian NGOs dropped significantly. These organizations can turn to the private sector to ask for subsidiaries but they can also sell some of their services to companies.
