What is Multiculturalism about? How does Multiculturalism play a part in our personal life? We invited well-known Hungarian guests from different personal and professional background, also international KPMG colleagues join the event to discuss multicultural acceptance.

In 2020 we launched an interactive monthly program about Multiculturalism in KPMG. In a few words, this program was designed to improve global awareness and how we can treat other each other better, learn from our conceptions and misconception, and also have some fun while navigating through different topics. By revisiting our own pre-conceived ideas we can treat people coming from different cultures with more respect, establish a more open work environment and get better in inclusion by making everyone feel they belong. MultiCulti@KPMG program’s next milestone is our online program. The aim of the program is to talk about multicultural experiences, breaking down walls for easier understanding. This program is the 4th event of our internal Diversity Talk series.
