Changes in the society as a whole also have an impact on Bosch as a company. Bosch Group employs roughly 400,000 associates worldwide, and has 440 subsidiary and regional companies in 60 countries. This means that diversity is part of its society as well as of the company and reflects in varied markets and customer preferences, to whom individual products and services are offered. For the success, needs diverse teams of different nationalities, cultures, genders and generations with different ways of life, competencies and perspectives. We promote this diversity by emphasizing the strengths of the associates and by making full use of their potential.
Teodóra Bodó will explain how diversity works at Bosch worldwide, and why is it so important for us. As well as international examples on diversity: since when does it exist, and how is it inside Bosch. She will highlight our fundamental corporate values.
Klára Gombos will talk about rather the local situation, and how is Bosch active in diversity here, in Hungary. She will introduce our traditional diversity days and will present our goals for the next years.
