The British Embassy in Tallinn is delighted to invite you to a virtual event „Diversity and Inclusion – a treasure at the workplace” on 21 May at 11.00-12.00 EEST.

To mark European Diversity Month, please join us for an insightful conversation with Dalia Fernandes (the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO’s) Europe Regional Inclusion Adviser) who will be speaking about FCDO’s inclusion and diversity structure and supportive working environments, and Valerie Benguiat, who will be sharing her experience in the FCDO LGBT+ Staff Association (FLAGG). Hopefully you will leave with some valuable tips on how to embed diversity in your organisation.

FCDO employs more than 17,000 people and has more than 20 different staff networks or support groups. The FCDO is committed to being a truly inclusive organisation, and wants to be a place where all individuals feel they can be their authentic selves, feel they are valued and trusted and where they can thrive.
